Struggles to make tough decisions
Despite generally being a good and inspirational leader, the ENFJ does struggle to make tough decisions sometimes. This is a contradiction to the psychopath’s confidence, but it correlates with their ability to see many different outcomes. It is also similar to sociopaths’ disorganization.
Reliable and trustworthy
These traits contradict APD in two cases: irresponsibility and disregard to others’ rights and safety. It also contradicts sociopaths’ inability to hold down jobs and family life, because if a person isn’t reliable, they won’t stay in one place. However, it is similar to psychopaths’ ability to be viewed as charming and trustworthy.

Open to others’ ideas
Psychopaths are not open to others’ ideas because of their inability to connect with people in general. Those with APD have a disregard for the safety and rights of others, so they’re not going to be bothered with their opinions either. And sociopaths, like psychopaths, cannot easily connect with others and have very little empathy.

Overly involved with others
The ENFJ’s involvement in others’ lives can extend to a fault. This contradicts psychopaths’ inability to connect with people. It also contradicts APD’s disregard for others’ safety and rights.
-1 PSYCH -1 APD
Psychopaths have the ability to be viewed as charming and trustworthy, so it wouldn’t surprise me if they could come off as passionate in some ways. APD involves impulsiveness, which I would think is a large part of passion. Sociopaths also are impulsive and are also influenced by emotion.

The ENFJ is an excellent and inspiring leader. This correlates with psychopaths’ charm.
Ability to see from others’ perspectives
Psychopaths can always see all the possibilities. However, they do have trouble connecting with people. These two traits cancel each other out in this instance.
This is a direct similarity with psychopaths.
The ENFJ understands people in general – how they connect and function as families, cultures, and the dynamics between them. Psychopaths do not have the ability to connect in such a way. Sociopaths also have no regard to society.

I have heard the ENFJ described as “cult leaders” because they’re so good at motivating and leading people. This contradicts APD’s irresponsibility and sociopaths’ ability to stick to one job.

Persuasive and motivating
Psychopaths are perceived as charming and trustworthy. APD adds deception and manipulation to one’s character.

This is yet another similarity to psychopaths’ charm.
Correlation to APD adds up to -3. The final count stands as:
